Thaxan 2015

I jumped ahead to Thaxan because I had already done their portrait (which is on tumblr) and felt the need to finish their design before moving on.

Thaxan is the oldest oshrathari. The ACTUAL oldest one--before Thaxan, there were no Oshrathari. In a sudden mutation, this was the first true wingless individual in their class of sentient dragons. They retain bits of wing webbing, a feature found on the first oshrathari. This decreased range of movement, but that was improved upon in later generations where the secondary arms lack webbing entirely. Thaxan is just stuck with what they have and grows out their claws for maximum useability. 

I'd describe Thaxan as mysterious and aloof with a habit of talking to plants. Knows all the magic. Probably a stoner, might try to sell you something. Chaotic neutral disposition.
